收據(jù)種類很多，有收條、借據(jù)、訂閱單、訂貨單等等，
是在跟對(duì)方發(fā)生錢和物的關(guān)系時(shí)寫(xiě)給對(duì)方作為憑據(jù)的條子，
起書(shū)面證據(jù)作用。在寫(xiě)借據(jù)、收條時(shí)，寫(xiě)字據(jù)的日期寫(xiě)于
右上角，然后寫(xiě)明是“借”還是“收到”，“借”、“還”
錢或物的名稱和數(shù)量。立據(jù)人寫(xiě)于右下角。
例一：借款
To Mr. Charles Green,
May. 18, 2000
I. O. U. three thousand U.S. dollars (U.S. $3000) only, within one year from
this date with annual interest at four percent (4％).

I. O. U.＝ I owe you 也可寫(xiě)成IOU, 即“我欠你”的意思，譯成漢語(yǔ)為“今欠”、“今借到”。

寫(xiě)訂閱單時(shí)共分四個(gè)部分：1、訂閱刊物的名稱、起止時(shí)間；2、訂閱人的姓名；3、訂閱人的詳細(xì)地址；4、附言。
